my bb 8700 connect with desktop have FFFFF of PIN ....help?

I think that that is a pin that is used by RIM internally

I believe the OP is saying that when he connects the BB to DM it is recognized with a PIN of FFFFFFFF? wants to know if anyone can help him get it recognised by its true PIN. I think it is a hardware issue and he may be out of luck

that right and thank you......but when i sent music to device in MEDIA (DESKTOP MANAGER 4.22 ...the device say haven't found the device but that time i conected with device....help me

PIN: FFFFFFFF is a dead device. Nothing can be done with it.
