Why can't I see emails in my subfolders

Hi there,
I was wondering - I have set up several subfolders that lie under my inbox in my Outlook account. I am really confused as to why the subfolders but no emails are showing up on my Blackberry. To add, any emails that are automatically moved to these subfolders are not even showing up in my blackberry inbox at all - they are simply not making it to my device.

Any takers?

BES or BIS?

With the BES it is easy to turn it on:

Enabling Folder Redirection (http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB04297&sliceId=SAL_Public&dialogID=74674817&stateId=1%200%2074668957)

Now when it comes to messages being seen on the BlackBerry in the sub folders. You will only be able to see them if that message makes it into the BlackBerry. Again, unless RIM changed that then it is working by design.

Correct . . . only emails that are forwarded to your device and then you file into these folders will you be able to "see" on your BB device.
