Blackberry Messenger not working

I have about 25-30 people pending on my Blackberry Messenger. No one ever responds to my request. Could there be something wrong with my Pearl?

Someone said they sent me a request but I never got it.

Anyone else have this problem?

Are you sending the requests using the BlackBerry PIN number? I usually have better luck using the PIN number.

You must have a BlackBerry data plan for Blackberry IM to work.
