Having an issue with logging calls

I have the 8830 with bell and it does not log any missed, sent or received calls, as well as any text messages. I have the call logging option set to all calls and it still doesn't log calls. Any help would be great thanks.

Saunders--(Sanders here), where are you looking at your call log? You "should" see it both at the Phone Dialer view (pressing the green call key) and at Message folder > View Folders, etc.

Is there nothing in absolutely either place? Have the calls logged in the past, and are now missing?

Pull the battery and replace to allow the BB to reboot and see over today if the log creates.
