8700c unable to receive email

I got a BB able to send, but not able received. I wipe it twice and still no luck. Anyone can tell me what is going on with the BB before I certified as "Total Lose."

I already tried all the general troubleshooting guide. No Luck... So odd

Ok, let's start with a little more on your issue.

Is it a new BB? If not were you previously able to receive mail. Are you using BIS or BES? Which email accounts do you have set-up? Yahoo, gmail?
Did you purchase a BB Data Plan and is it current?
