I am a new 7100T owner. In the upper right corner of the main screen, just to the left of the Bluetooth icon, is a small icon that consists of two tiny yellow circles connected by a line (from the bottom of one circle to the other, almost like an upside-down pair of binoculars). Anyone know what this is/means? The service provider's reps didn't know. Thanks!

When you hover over this icon, what does the application title say? (You can also try changing your theme in Options->Themes to make the text visible for this icon if you see no text)

I can't really hover over it. The icon I'm seeing is actually above the icons section that you can scroll/wheel past. It's near the very top of the entire screen and is immediately to the left of the letters "GPRS" near the signal strength meter. I bought my 7100t this week, and this microscopic icon has appeared from Day One. It was by itself until I activated Bluetooth. Now it sits beside that tiny icon. Both sit near the signal strength/type indicators. (Thank you for the fast followup, by the way. I don't mind telling you I bought the 7100t over a close-second Treo 650 because of this forum. I was reading about both online and came across this forum. It was so in depth and helpful that it honestly tipped the balance.)

If it looks like the letter "B", is this possibly the Bluetooth logo icon?

Description sounds like voicemail icon. The position sounds funny, in the T-Mobile it might be different than mine.

Actually, this double-yellow-circle icon sits right next to the Bluetooth icon. Both sit on the other side of the vertical black dividing line separating them from the signal strength/type and battery indicator.

Voicemail icon definitely looks like binoculars in a way.

You were right! I cleared my voicemail and away went my yellow binoculars! :-) Thanks! I was just afraid I had activated some unknown function that would eat me alive in costs.

Thanks!
