I have a customer who has his blackberry set to not show sent items.
It works fine if his BB is turned on.
If his BB is turned off when he sends something and he turns it on later, he sees the emails he sent as messages on the BB.
They don’t show up with the checkmark you get that indicates they were sent, they show up as received messages.
He is connected to a BES server and exchange 2007.
He thinks the problem started when he got a new pc with outlook 2007.
Any ideas how to fix it?
