View Full Version : Verizon international email coverage question

I'm going to be activating the GlobalEmail plan for a 2 week trip I'm taking to the UK. I already checked with the in-store sales reps, who were relatively useless so I'm hoping someone here might be able to answer my question:

Does this plan essentially provide unlimited international Blackberry coverage? I want to know if I'll be able to use PIN messages and BB messenger, or if those will count as separate data. The Verizon website itself:

Globalemail - Pricing and Coverage - Verizon Wireless (http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/businessSolutions/global/pricingCoverage.jsp)

is pretty ambiguous about whether this plan is just email data or all data.

Any personal experiences would be appreciated!

It's all data... not just email.

I just got back from Europe and it worked great. Just make sure that Verizon has your SIM card number on file and activated. The Verizon global support number is 925-854-8700.
