I was playing with my buddy's T-Mobile 8800 last night and saw that it has a "Compose MMS" option while in his messages. The Verizon 8830 clearly does not have that. Is there any way to get the Verizon 8830 to have that option? Any way to use their OS? Just curious.

Not being able to picture message people is probably the biggest frustration I have with this phone. Other than that, this phone is top notch.

Thanks for whatever help you guys can lend!

No, the 8830 can do MMS, but VZW doesn't "provision" for it because there's no camera on the phone.

Other carriers do similar things, some of which don't make any sense. For instance, VZW's 8130 has MMS on it, but Sprint's does not. Weird huh? Carrier thing... a lot of stuff like this makes no sense. Well, no logical sense anyway.

Not to vztext.com, but to vzwpix.com you can. Or you can email it to them at a regular email account as an attachment. That works too.

BTW, might want to take out that phone number Mr. San Antonio, Texas. :)
