help me wiggle out of this one. please.
I sync my BB8830 w/ my PC that runs outlook 2002. everything worked fine before. Some how I manged to screw things up and I read 'help' 'troubleshooting' and searched 'record skipped error'. I have not found the do this shorty and everything will be allright.
So I come to you for help.
After sync runs its course I get a an error:
"total of 1 record skipped during sync
address book: device-0,microsoft outlook-1
please check log for more details"
So i looked in the log
Handheld 1655 entrys
Outlook 1656 entrys
this is where I'm stumped How do I find the rouge entry?
