I have two broken BB swivel holsters each are under warranty. I have been unsuccessful in contacting BB to replace them. I have attempted to contact them by e-mail with two weeks have gone by with no response. I have attempted to reach them at the 1-877-255-2377 telephone number and the automated voicemail system is difficult to determine the correct choice. Does anyone have a simple way of contacting BB. I am so disappointed with BB the level of difficulty to have the holster replaced I am ready buy an iphone.
