8320 dead on arrival, thoughts?

So I received my replacement phone today and it appears to be dead on arrival. When the battery goes in, the screen lights up white and stays white with no movement or anything. However, when I connect to the computer, it connects fine and is instantly recognized by BB desktop.

Any ideas on how to possibly kick start this thing into working or do I have to wait for yet another replacement?
