ok, so how come I keep getting the "mailbox is full..." "at your maximum quota..." message in my black berry inbox? I have deleted my messages and there's nothing in my trash. Is there some "permanent delete" button I need press?

Once I delete messages from my inbox, do I need to permanently delete them elsewhere?

Thanks for your help!!!

If you use a BWC account the reconcile my not be deleting on the web account, you need to login and delete what is there.

One thing I might add, if you are deleting multiple messages by selecting several at once, then deleting, those messages will not reconcile.
I delete my messages one by one, and have no problems.

Once you figure out how to log into your weblcient, do the following:

1. Lower the number of days before email "auto ages" in your inbox. Mine is set to 2 days.
2. If not already set, configure the client not to save sent messages.
3. Set your trash to age after 1 day--all email in trash will dump after a day.
4. Create filters for addresses which frequently send large attachments.

I hope this helps!

Actually, the Delete Prior doesn't work. Selecting messages and deleting them should work just fine.

Is there a way to have BWC messages immediately deleted AFTER they are forwarded to Blackberry. I have the original in the POP account, so the whole point of the BWC is to just send them on to handheld, so I'd like to delete them once that is done

Go to your Blackberry Web Client, Profile and enable the Wireless Delete Option. This will delete email from the Web Client as soon as you delete it from your Blackbery.
