Is it possible to somehow connect my blackberry to my laptop, and get internet access?

yes, you can via blootooth and usb as well.

ok, i have a USB hookup, how would i go about setting it up?

No, you can't do this via bluetooth. Only USB, and only with particular Blackberry models.

Figure out which Blackberry you have and you can find out if it will work for you or not.
