Hello! First post here :]

I just bought a Verizon Blackberry 7250 on ebay.
I was wondering if it is possible to use this on telus as it is CDMA.
Is there an unlock procedure, or what?

Thanks for your help!
Bernard

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry 8100: BlackBerry8100/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

At this point in time I don't believe Verizon allows the unlocking of their phones like GSM carriers.

Bernard - There are several options that one can proceed with. The device can be programmed with the Lockcode if you have this from Verizon (This is not impossible to get), if not with Telus the OTAP programming of the device through *22803 > 1 English > and Press 1 to Program your phone.

Confirm if you are doing an ESN Swap or activating a new number?
