8830 Keeps Turning Off

Helo. I have a new bb 8830 that is not locked to any network. I am in Australia.

However it starts okay but switches itself off within about 10 minutes
and keeps doing so after I restart it. Anyone know how to fix this issue. Jo:cry: :? :? :bb:

Is it really new, or just new for you (but second hand/used)?

If it is new, I would take it back and exchange it.

If secondhand, contact seller and work something out if you can.

That's me. Others may offer ideas on a fix, hopefully so if that is your only option.

could also just be a bad battery. I had a bad one and it acted just like that.
