Is there any software that allow you type on the computer keyboard when BB is connected to the computer?

Bluetooth Keyboard (http://www.wirelessground.com/blfoblke.html). I don't know anything about this retailer, but here's one example.

John Clark wrote a review last April on one he's using: http://www.blackberryforums.com/bbf-reviews/72064-updated-review-freedom-universal-bluetooth-keyboard.html

I used a Shasta BT keyboard with a 7290. My It department thinks space invaders will gain access to my 8700 so they blocked the install.
It did help when in meetings and I needed to send a lot of emails. Never had any Martians or Venusians look at my emails although I suspect a few were in the room with me.

All BES's are defaulted to disable keystroke injection. I guess RIM thinks the space invaders are coming.

BTW, isn't your avatar a space invader?

Yes. Thought It would be good. It does have a tapping foot but it wont run in the display for some reason.
