I used to be able to synchronize fine using:
Blackberry Pearl w/0S 4.2.0.71
Desktop Manager 4.3
Outlook 2007
Host Exchange and BES
The problem started while I was troubleshooting the inability to reply to emails sent to me on my BBerry. The instructions to fix it that I found online had me generate a new encryption key ( cause of problem? ) , and then wipe and reactivate the BBerry.
Now I can reply to emails, but when I try to synchronize the BBerry, I get "sychronization failed Error while communicating with handheld device. Please reconnect and try again." several times and then the sync window closes. I've verified that no data is syncing ( including add-ins ).
Any ideas on how I can fix this?
