View Full Version : 7100v and desktop software problem with USB-Pin

I installed on my computer newest desktop manager from blackberry web site and I connect my blackberry 7100v to via USB cable and the computer is known blackberry phone success but when I try to run desktop manager it ask to me "USB-Pin:202D790A" and what is this or where can I select this USB-Pin on my computer. I am a new user for BlackBerry and I don't know my USB-Pin but I tried my simcart-pin and my phone keypad lock pin but I can't login to thr desktop manager.

I am not sure if this can help you. Pls reconnect your blackberry with your computer by cable. And open your desktop manager and wait. If there is no any response, open your computer 's device manager. (right click "my computer"), delete the blackberry device, and scan all the device again. I am sure now your computer will find your blackberry and response in your desktop manager now. Just be a little patient before your 7100v return to the home screen.
