7105t fell in water (almost works) help

my sister dropped her 7105t in some water and just left it like that for like two weeks, now she wants me to fix it. The phone does start but none of the buttons work, everything is fine except the buttons
please help

to fix it you might have to get a new keypad, or the device may be shot. Just letting it dry doesnt guarantee anything, the device can still be FUBARed from water even if you let it dry for a year. Sorry it isnt better news. That FAQ is your best shot and i hope it works

thanks for the help but its not just the keypad,its even the buttons on the side, the phone starts up still, the battery works its just the buttons, is there something specific that could be making the buttons not work
