Most carriers have a service or support section where it's located.

After you log onto the email service not just the main account service.

The link you want is https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw for Verizon.

Go to your carrier website , login and Send Service books.

You always have to resend service books after an upgrade. On BIS you do this through your carrier's BIS site. On BES, Enterprise Activation handles this.

Cameron:

Go to the following link:

https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw

Register for an account, then look on the left hand side of the screen and you will see a link for service books. Click this link. Within a few minutes, you should get a bunch of e-mails from Verizon indicating that the service books have been sent.

You should also goto the phone and dial "*228" then select option 1. This will send other updates.
