Help with Curve 8310

I somehow managed to delete the address book icon from the desktop of my blackberry. Is there a way where I can recover that shortcut as to make navigating my phone numbers?

You probably just hid it. Just hit the options button, then choose SHOW ALL. I'm sure your address book icon is there. Choose its icon and uncheck HIDE.
