BIS Icon Missing / Disappeared

Recently had to wipe the ol' BB, and after reactivating the icon for my BIS mail is missing. Still getting mail from it via "Messages", however the icon for this inbox which was previously there is now gone. I've checked show all icons, no dice. Any idea?

In a folder? Applications or Settings folder?

Options > Themes. Change Themes, do you see it?

Go to your BIS site and resend the service books. This should do it!

Try: options > advanced > host routing table > register. That should fix it.

Be sure to resend service books after a wipe or OS update.
