WAP or Internet browser

Running 4.2 on my 8703e on Bell's network. Under the browser configuration I can select WAP or INTERNET browser for the options. Which one should I select and what is the difference between them? I am on a BES server at work.

WAP is old school crappy cellular internet. It's good for some small minimal content sites, but personally the internet browser - offering full browsing -is way better.
