HELP - Java on BlackBerry download issue

We've created a java app (hefty at 550kb) that works fine on most phones and on BlackBerry's, but I have an issue delivering it.

At present we've got sibling cod files sitting on a web server, referenced by a jad. But when trying to donwload it to BlackBerry's via the server, we get the following error message:

Invalid manefest or application descriptor

"Rim-cod-size" attribute is missing

Being new to delivering apps to BlackBerry's, we're not sure how to progress.

Any ideas?
