Cingular Issues (email)

Does anyone know the correct way to email someone using Cingular? I have a BB 7520 on Nextel and I know Nextels texting it terrible, but I can email everyone else but Cingular. If I get the message to go through I never get the response back and sometimes they just never get my message at all. I check cingulars site and they say all their phones are xxx-xxx-xxx@<hidden>. Then Ive seen its xxx-xxx-xxxx@<hidden>. Anyone know what the secret is?

Try xxx-xxx-xxxx@<hidden> no dashes in the number so really it would look like xxxxxxxxxx@<hidden>
