sometimes i still get the message that says sim card rejected.. i would reset the phone and then everything would be fine but this happens ever few days.. anything i can do?

That has nothing to do with the unlock or lock. You might ask your retailer for a sim swap.

hmm well i found a thread about loose sim card trays in the 83xx so i guess ill try that piece of paper thing..
