I set up my email accnt and everything is fine and dandy but when I send emails from my phone or from the internet to other people, it always sends me a copy. It's really annoying. How do I stop it?

try messages>email settings>save copy in sent folder = no

You have to set up a filter to block messages sent FROM your email address from being sent to your device. If you search on BlackBerryFAQ.com there will be instructions on how to do it.
