I'm new to blackberry.
I am using the Gsync/mobile application, and it seems to work fine.
However, the "home" screen on my 8830 doesn't allow me to put that little "gmail" icon there. This forces me to hit that menu button and look for the Gmail icon (among all those icons) to check mail.... I couldn't find a way to move it to the home screen.
OK, so if there isn't a neat way to move icons in or out of that home screen, maybe I just need to use the typical blackberry "Messages" method.
I'm not sure how it works the usual "message" thing works, but I do not want to mess up my current Gmail blackberry functioning.... I see lots of people having trouble with their Gmail for mobile, and I suspect that if I try to double dip into Gmail (with Blackberry messages *and* the gmail for mobile), I will have issues, too!
I want it to get my gmail and also my work mail. Currently, my Gmail gets both.
