Need help with a Verizon 8830 Red...

Yes, thay had to drag me kicking and screaming to get rid of my cell to get a BB but they did. It will take some time for me to come around I'm sure but I have a couple questions for the gang.

I have 2 questions:

1) I downloaded a ringtone, then decided to get rid of it. Deleted it, music is gone, but the name remains in the ringtone list. Did I do something wrong???

2) Ringtone volume. Went into profiles, edit, phone, volume and adjusted volume to high, but it's just not LOUD. Is that all I get or am I missing something??

1. Remove the battery and reinsert to reboot the device.

2. You may need to find a louder riingtone. 8830 has a known issue for low volume ringtones.
