How SYNCHRONIZE with Outlook

I read that I can PUSH email from Outlook to a Blackberry, but how can I 'synchronise/synchronise' mail folders.

eg If I delete an email (on the blackberry) I want this to show on Outlook.
Also, if I reply (on the blackberry) I want this in the SENT folder in Outlook.

What software do I need?
If not Outlook, are there other email systems I can synch with?

Gretsch, are you on BIS, a personal BlackBerry setup or BES, enterprise service?

With BIS, you cannot do with folders as you are seeking.

The BES service wiil do the functions you listed except the replys from the BB will not be in the Outlook send folder.

What service are you using?

Really? They show up in my Sent Items. On both Exchange/BES environments (one corporate, one hosted Exchange/BES).

It's not really a matter of the email client software you're using as much as whether you're on BES or not.
