Voice Dialing prompt volume

How do you adjust the volume of the voice prompts on the Voice Dialing?

i am not sure you can. you can adjust the playback volume but i do not believe you can adjust the prompt volume. to adjust the playback go to options > voice dialing

Thanks. I tried, but didn't help. When I first got the BB, the prompts were loud and clear. For some reason, they're very soft and hard to hear now. I don't know what caused it. And, 'No' my hearing has not deteriorated.
