If i set my blackberry pearl to call forward and then take out the sim card and put in a different one will the original number still forward? I have two tmo lines and do not want to pay to cancel my contract so basically i want to give my pearl to my wife put her on the blackberry plan and put myself on the cheapest most basic plan they have and just have all calls forwarded to my nextel. This way i wont have to buy another tmo phone.

Interesting Idea. If the TMO network stores the call forward option in the network as ATT does It should work. It even should follow as if the phone is off.

I'm pretty sure it that setting will follow your sim card.
