BB 8700g Calendar time shift / DST Problem

Im having a huge problem with BB 8700g, since it did not update the daylight saving time automatically my boss has been entering new appointments into his blackberry with time been set to 1 hour back. Now... when i correct the time, all appointments shift 1 hour as well. I was not even able to fix this by syncing with outlook... Any idea on what to do here guys? Does anyone know how to change time without shifting the appointments?

Try correcting the calendar in outlook. Then in the backup and restore option on DM, go to advanced and clear the calendar on the device. Then, install the calendar patch by pointing the BB's browser to www dot blackberry dot com/calendarpatch

This should correct the DST shift, and your calendar will sync correctly.
Theres some other options too, but you must have the patch to get it to work.
