View Full Version : Missing “Send” option in the menu after upgrade

I've upgraded my Blackberry OS to through Blackberry Desktop Manager's Application loader.
If I compose a new message or if I use "Forward" option, I see "Send" option in the menu (right above "Save Draft").
However, when I use "Reply" or "Reply All" option, I don't have the "Send" option in the menu (just "Save Draft").
This happens only for email messages.

"Send" option is available for PIN messages at all times (even on reply)

Have anyone encountered this issue before (my first tier

BB is 8700
Enterprise Account
MS Exchange Server
Message Services: Messaging (CMIME): Desktop (It is the only option. I verified it with 2 of my coworkers and they have it also as the only option on their BlackBerry)

So I’ve tried 2 things that [didn’t fix the issue
- Generating keys manually through Blackberry Desktop Manager's Application loader
- Taking battery off and putting it back [didn’t fix the issue]

have you tried to resend your service books from the BES?

actually I was asked to delete Desktop (CMIME) from the service books and the re-do Enterprise Activation. Also AT&T tech support asked for my profile to be removed and re-added on the server. After the Enterprise Activation Desktop (CMIME) was restored.
