Has anyone installed a SSL Certificate on their BES, if so can you give me some pointers.
I am not sure exactly how or where to do it.

I was told to secure the BES with a SSL Cert. That is why I was wondering if anyone else has done this. I have already installed the SSL Cert on our Exchange server so I am not sure why I would have to secure the BES.
