Newbie Photo Album Question

Whenever I launch the Photo Album I notice that all the .jpg files have a red X beside them. If I try to open them I get a message that says "Cannot open DRM content". I am on 4.0 of the OS. If this issue has been addressed somewhere please point me in that direction. Thanks.

I had the same problem,....I deleted all the .jpg files that came installed with the phone,..after doing this any new files opened fine. I thought it was originally a lack of memeory but this was not the case. I still don't know why it happened.
