BES + Desktop Manager

Besides the BES questions asked when installing the actual software is there anything else I should be aware of when I try to sync my BB to my computer? I guess my main concern is I don't want to screw up BES and have to drudge the phone back to IT lol.

Mainly just want to install 3rd party apps w/o interfering w/ BES.

You need to talk to your BES Admin/IT Staff to see what is allowed. If the device is on BES, then the company can control what can be done and whether or not you can add anything other than what they want you to add. This is even more true if they own the device and are paying the bill.

I noticed some programs have a BES version while some do not? Should I expect 3rd party apps to have a BES version?
