Shortlisting the icons on the desktop

Hi. Is it possible not to have all the vast list of icons on my main BB desktop, and instead limit them to the ones I use?

Messages, Calendar, Phone, Gmail, Opera Mini...and "Everything Else" type thing.


I can do this on even crappy devices like the e61i from Nokia, so I'm hoping there's a way to do this (or at least to rank order the icons) in BB as well.

Are you talking about hiding them? You can choose to hide icons

Oh yea sure, this non-crappy BB will let you either a) move, b) hide) or sometimes, even c) delete applications you don't want or need.

Thanks. I am using the bPhone Zen theme. It forces some icons on the front screen (home screen). How can I make sure that I add to this list of icons the ones I want - Opera Mini and Gmail? Many thanks.

Move those specific icons to the top line of icons on the full screen.
