anybody know how I get these

and this is the message can i delete these I've had three thats setting on my desktop from the 12Th 13th 14th and have not been deleted now they are coming on my handset which will take up space and will get deleted accidentally

thanks two things can I do step 2 now I'm at work and reinstall desktop mgr. tonight when I get in and I only see what might be
desktop CICAl
desktop CMME
are these the ones to delete. and if I can't do step 2 now will just installing
desktop mgr well take care of the problem.
