BBES Reconciliation

I have 20 or so users on a BBES and some users want it so that if they delete a message on their blackberry or outlook client that it will show up on both as that in close to real time. Basically they don't want to see a new message in outlook if they already deleted it on their blackberry. Thanks much for the help!!

On the device(s) set:

Messages > Options > Email Reconciliation > Wireless Reconciliation = On
Messages > Options > Email Reconciliation > Delete On = Mailbox & Handheld

I think this is what you are looking for:

Messages - Options - Email Reconciliation - Delete On

You have the following choices: "Mailbox & Handheld," "Handheld," or "Prompt"
