I have a user whose email shows up as a folder rather than a message; he also can't delete the item from his blackberry. We're on GroupWise 7.0.2, BES 4.0.7.15. I tried re-sending service books, wiping the handheld and re-registering. Any ideas on how this happens and how to fix?
