Couldn't retrieve more

When I tried to open the attachment, got "Couldn't retrieve more" error, can anyone help?

Try a hard reset: remove the battery from the device (while it is still powered on) for 30 seconds, then reinsert.

Double check that you have a signal, what type of data signal, etc.. Is it a geo location issue? Have you lost your data signal? Blind spot? or data service is not avaibible in that location?

The signal and data service are all good. BB in on BES, can access web pages as well as emails.

when I get this error, and try to open the attachment again, get another error "Desktop message not found or radio failure, resend?"
