Desired ringtone is now in Roxio Media Manager but My Devices can not see Blackberry as connected. It syncs fine with Outlook 2007 (other than Business Contacts). BTW I do not have internet access on Blackberry and have never tried to add a photo, document, or audio before. Desktop Manager updated three weeks ago. Carrier clerk update hand held last week... I didn't even know that was required. I don't even know exactly what Blue Tooth is... PS Technically Challenged is an understatement. I just want to hear my phone ring for a change and put the odd photo, word document, and perhaps property listings to save paper on the thing. Already lost 4 hours of my life getting this far :cry:
