Sync'ing my BB Curve

I recently replaced my titanium curve with a red curve and was dealt a hard blow (I never sync'd my information and had to manually input ALLLLLL of my info into the new phone). Here's my issue, I tried to sync my info (so I will not have to do this again manually.....EVER!) however it's not sync'ing. I clicked "sync now" and it tells me no application has been sync'd....what am I doing wrong (I've tried several times)?

go into the configuration and set up your sync. it doesnt sync automatically at first, you have to tell it to which application to sync.

I still have that Treo mentality.
