Setting up the Desktop Redirector manually

I've tried to connect my new Blackberry Pearl 8130 to my work computer, but it looks like the USB drivers are having problems detecting it. To verify, I set it up on my home computer and it worked flawlessly.

So my question is, can I somehow manually configure the desktop redirector? Any other options or suggestion anyone has would be great.

I'd actually recommend not using Redirector but that's probably not the answer you're looking for.

It is the only answer for work email if BES is not available and BIS will not work due to lack of POP support or if the server is behind a reverse proxy....

EDIT - The HandHeld must connect to the PC in order to configure and exchange the redirector service books and the encryption key. De-install and reinstall the DM Manager software. Actually, thinking about it I don't think you can have TWO redirector accounts. You may have to delete the service books you created on your home PC in order to use it at work.
