BB8830 VZW BIS Not Getting All of My Emails

Hopefully I am posting this is the right place. I am new to Blackberry service. I purchase an 8830 thru Verizon last month. I noticed that I am not getting all of my email on my Blackberry. I use an @<hidden> email address (2 of them actually) that are delivered to my BB and to my home pc (Outlook 2007). I've noticed a few common things:

1. There is one email address in particular, that when email comes from this email address, it will not deliver to my BB...ever.

2. When email gets delivered to my computer and I happen to catch it on there first, it never delivers to my BB.

I am using BIS, not BES....like I said, I am new to BB, so I need some ideas to troubleshoot this. Thanks.

Is it your personal outlook or an Outlook Exchange type program?

Are you polling your mail? Or forwarding it?
