I hate Outlook...is there a different DT organizer?

I've gone from a Palm device to a BB Pearl, and something I really miss is having a computer app to change data on, and then upload to the Blackberry. I know I can sync it with Outlook, but I really would rather use something else.

So...is there a different desktop organizer I can use to sync up to my Blackberry?

what do you hate about outlook? Consider the BB organizer is modeled nearly exactly after outlook, you probably use it more than you would think.
