IT Policy Name: Default

On my new (ebay) 8700c (Cingular), no SIM, no service - wonder what limitations this IT imposes. (Options-Security; General Settings)
By the way, I am trying to find a reliable paid service to have it unlocked for service in Europe. ATT will not do it.

Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

you can use the third link in my signature. as to the IT policy, do a search on removing it, it can be removed via instructions in this forum. (well its not actually removed, the policy is replaced by a blank one). welcome to the forums.
