We pushed out a new itPolicy and it broke one of my execs Blackberry. Cause the wonderful jv200 error. The strange thing is that according to

The fix is to update to 4 service pack 2. Well the 2 devices that tanked due to the new policy are 4.2.2.170 and 4.2.2.166.
I'm getting pressure from the Executive to ensure no Policy is ever pushed to their BB's again. Is there a way to lock down the ability for Bes to not push new IT policies to a device?
Any help would greatly be appreciated.
